- 150g sunflower seeds
- 800ml water
- A very fine strainer
- A high-speed blender
THIS IS HOW YOU DO IT
- Make the base of the milk by blending sunflower seeds with water at a high setting until a milk-like consistency is formed.
- Strain the seeds out of the milk using a strainer, until the milk is completely smooth.
