Serves 2

  • 150g sunflower seeds
  • 800ml water

Equipment

  • A very fine strainer
  • A high-speed blender

THIS IS HOW YOU DO IT

  1. Make the base of the milk by blending sunflower seeds with water at a high setting until a milk-like consistency is formed.
  2. Strain the seeds out of the milk using a strainer, until the milk is completely smooth.
